Horizon Health Services, Inc. is proud to announce that Horizon Pharmacy located at 328 W. Main Street in Waverly, VA (in the old Waverly Drug building) is now open for business. The pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday 9AM - 6PM.

Horizon Pharmacy is now a participating pharmacy provider for many of the major pharmacy benefit plans in our area. Some insurance contracts are still pending and we are working diligently to get those finalized as soon as possible.  If you are interested in utilizing the Horizon Pharmacy, please call 804-429-8602 and the pharmacy team will assist in providing information on the in-network status of your individual benefit plan.
